We do not store your full card number, CVV, or expiry date. All card data is processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. under their PCI DSS compliance programme. See stripe.com/privacy.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sell it to any third party.
We share data with the following third parties only where necessary to operate the platform:
Stripe processes your payment card data securely. We share your name, email, and subscription details with Stripe. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. Data may be processed in the US and EU. See stripe.com/privacy.
When you use AI features, your text inputs are sent to Anthropic's servers (USA) for processing by Claude AI. Anthropic is the data processor for this activity. See anthropic.com/privacy. Do not enter personal data into AI fields.
Following signup or subscription activation, your name and email address may be shared with Trustpilot via their Automatic Feedback Service (AFS) so they can send you a review invitation on our behalf. This is done in accordance with Trustpilot's privacy policy at trustpilot.com. You may opt out of review invitations by following the unsubscribe link in any Trustpilot email.
Our platform is hosted on servers located in the UK/EU. Your data is stored on our database hosted by our server provider.
Transactional emails are sent via our server's mail service. Your name and email address are used for delivery.
We do not share your data with any other third parties unless required by law.
Some processors (Stripe, Anthropic) operate in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions). Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own Privacy Policy.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies. No third-party cookies are set by ParaCrash itself.

ParaCrash is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at [email protected] immediately and we will delete the account.
