Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and Nexi Bot LTD, trading as ParaCrash ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using paracrash.uk you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

The service

ParaCrash is an online educational subscription platform providing learning modules, an AI-powered patient simulator, ECG bank, and practice examinations for student paramedics and healthcare professionals. The platform is operated by Nexi Bot LTD and hosted at paracrash.uk.

ParaCrash uses artificial intelligence provided by Anthropic, Inc. ("Anthropic") to power patient simulations and generate educational feedback. Your use of AI features constitutes acceptance of Anthropic's terms of service and privacy policy, available at anthropic.com.

Subscription and payment

Access to ParaCrash requires a paid subscription. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Price: £1.99 per calendar month (inclusive of VAT where applicable)
• Trial period: New subscribers receive a 7-day trial period. A valid card is required to start the trial. Your card will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.
• Billing: After the trial, your card will be charged £1.99 on the same date each month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card details.
• Usage-based charges: AI patient simulations are included at 5 free per month; additional simulations are £0.99 each. Overall programme exams are included at 2 free per month; additional exams are £0.50 each. Module exams are unlimited. These charges apply only if you exceed your monthly free allowance.
• Price changes: We will give at least 30 days' written notice of any price increase. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
• Why we charge: ParaCrash operates AI compute via Anthropic's API. The subscription price exists to cover AI processing and server infrastructure. We operate on minimal margin.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. On cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Your account data and progress are retained for 12 months should you wish to resubscribe

Educational purpose and clinical disclaimer

• All AI-generated content is for educational simulation only and may contain inaccuracies
• Clinical protocols, drug dosages, and treatment guidelines must always be verified against current JRCALC guidelines and your employer's local protocols
• ParaCrash content does not replace formal qualification programmes, mentorship, or regulated clinical practice
• Do not use ParaCrash content to inform real-world patient care decisions — always follow your scope of practice and current guidelines
• Assessment scores or feedback generated by the AI are simulated examiner opinions only and carry no formal academic or regulatory weight

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexi Bot LTD accepts no liability for clinical outcomes, real-world patient harm, or errors arising from reliance on content generated by the platform.

AI features — important notice

ParaCrash's patient simulation and feedback features are powered by Claude, an AI model operated by Anthropic, Inc. By using any AI-powered feature you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your inputs are transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing in order to generate responses
• Do not enter real patient information, personal data, or sensitive information into AI chat fields. All simulated patients and scenarios are fictional
• Anthropic may process and store your inputs in accordance with their own Privacy Policy
• ParaCrash is not responsible for how Anthropic processes data transmitted to their systems
• AI responses are generated probabilistically and may be factually incorrect. Always verify clinical information independently
• The AI does not provide regulated medical advice and its output must not be treated as such
• AI features are not available to persons under the age of 18

Acceptable use

You agree to use ParaCrash only for lawful educational purposes. You must not:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to access the platform using your subscription
• Attempt to circumvent subscription access controls or any security feature
• Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without written permission
• Use the platform to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content through AI features
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate any person or entity
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable UK law
• Enter real personal data, patient data, or sensitive information into AI input fields

Intellectual property

All content on ParaCrash — including module text, graphics, UI design, question banks, and system prompts — is owned by or licensed to Nexi Bot LTD and protected under UK and international copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access content for your own personal educational use during an active subscription. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant Nexi Bot LTD a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that input to improve the platform.

Account responsibilities

• You must be aged 18 or over to create an account
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any suspected unauthorised use

Availability and modifications

We aim to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance with reasonable notice where possible. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. Material changes that significantly affect your subscription will be notified by email with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

• Nexi Bot LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service
• Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to us in that period
• We are not liable for the accuracy or safety of AI-generated content
• We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party services including Anthropic (AI) and Stripe (payments)
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse AI features, or use the platform in a way that causes harm to us or other users. You will be notified by email of any termination decision. You may appeal by contacting [email protected].

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly — please contact us at [email protected] before initiating any formal proceedings.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at paracrash.uk/terms.php.
